RETURN, REFUND POLICY & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN YOUR ORDER
Return/Replacement of your orders on our website is accepted if done within 15 days of the delivery of that product.
Few products are not included in the boundary of the return policy. Such non-refundable products include masks, antimicrobial protection tape, and antimicrobial protection film.
REFUND FOR YOUR ORDER
The refund will be processed only after your product has been received at our warehouse/seller location and has clearly and completely passed the quality check.
If the product does not pass the quality check then you can not proceed with the refund policy, rather it will be shipped back to your registered address.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If the reason behind your exchange of product is defective product then you will be provided with a replacement of the item.
Apart from this, the only condition for exchange of any product is that the items to be exchanged must be unused, in their original condition and along with all the tags detached subject to the stock availability.
